What do I do if I receive the wrong order?

If you have received an incorrect item in the last 60 days, please use the below form to contact us with your order number as well as pictures details of the item you received (style, size, colour). We aim to send out replacement products within 3 working days after your request has been processed.
 
If the product that you ordered is no longer available, we may offer you substituted goods of a similar nature and quality. In this case, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
